At gooie we aim to provide you with quality products, and efficient and friendly service.
We like happy customers. However, occasionally items are damaged in transit, or something may slip through
gooie quality control (we are only human after all).
If you have received a faulty or damaged product and would like to return or exchange it, please ensure that:
1. the items is returned in new condition, with tags, and or original packaging, within 14 days of purchase.
2. you have a Returns Authorisation number, (or RA number). To get an RA, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org,
or phone our customer service team on (03) 9397 5218. Once you have received this number,
you may return the item. This applies for exchanges also.
If the item was not purchased directly from gooie please contact the store where it was purchased.
All our products have a six-month manufacturer’s warranty. Regular wear and tear, and misuse are excluded.
